8/15-8/16 possible game?

Jocelyn can't play Sunday 8/17. In the interesting of keeping everyone in the game we have two potential openings that weekend to play, however, that could work for me, in addition to the regular Sunday morning time:

• Friday 8/15, 6pm Pacific start
• Saturday 8/16, 1pm Pacific start

Let me know if either of these are available. Both of these times are kind of pending for me as well (i.e. wife might want to go out)… please let me know.

The Saturday option is better for me if my brother is going to be passing through on the 15th (not sure about that just yet). I'll see if I can get him to give me a more solid date for his brief visit. It could be either day but if it is the 16th then our game would be done before he would be getting into town so no problem.

Saturday is probably slightly better for me too… I have a 10 am appointment, but otherwise am free. : )

Sorry I've been MIA in responding, but I'm sorta tossing myself into my work pretty hard, so I'm wiped out by the time I get home.

I'm cool with next weekend, though I'll have the same sort of caveat regarding playing late Sunday night. I'll also be on-call, so there's a slight possibility I'd have to exit (though not very probable…I'm the backup).

I'll keep checking in.

Looks like all my players have chimed in about the August 23-24 weekend. I am out of town through Saturday, August 23 and plan to run my game on Sunday August 24. I suppose I could play on Saturday evening, though I do need some serious prep time. I'd rather wait until another weekend than have two games in one weekend, but I'll see what others think.

I'd seriously prefer Friday evening, as Matt and I are planning a road trip for that Saturday. So Saturday evening would have been a possibility, but Saturday afternoon is not.

Since it seems they may be hiring someone new for our department, I'm going to try again for Sunday evenings off.

So, my brother will be in town on the 15th, thus I cannot play Friday evening. Is Saturday evening flat out impossible?

I'm probably not going to be available later in the day on Saturday, thus the 1pm proposed time that day.

Doesn't look like we have a time everyone can make it unfortunately. I'd be willing to try the following weekend instead provided Maggi is ok with that (she might run a game that weekend).

I'm going to make the call to hold off (again) for now. Sorry to keep stringing everyone along on this.

The following weekend, which is Labor Day weekend, I will be out of town and unable to run. That means that I plan to next run on the weekend of September 7th. I plan to do this "rain or shine" as we've waited long enough to get 100% attendance and it's just not working out. So let's plan for that weekend.
